Delivery Information

Payments

You will have in the system, various types of payment (Bank transfer, Check, ATM (data for Payment), Cards [Paypal] or on delivery) and must choose one of them according to your preference. All orders placed in the Online Shop will be sent after the payment settlement.

Deliveries

Orders made in the Online Store before 12:00 hours the previous day saved any disruption situation of stocks or other alien to TROIA EMOTIONS (eg natural disasters, road accidents, etc ...), will be delivered in the selected period. For deliveries in the Islands will be delivered within 15 working days.

Shipping costs

The amount to be charged is according to the place of delivery in Portugal, Islands or another international destination and the weight of the goods in question, the existing options (until 22:00 hours the next day and Saturday) it's only visible depending on the delivery ZIP code indicated and must choosen according to your preference. Exclusively on submissions to Portugal, will not be charged shipping costs for orders worth more than 50,00 Euros (Delivery within 2-3 business days option).

Order processing and the respective notices

Following the order, the customer will receive an email with confirmation of receipt. Within 1 business day you will receive new email confirming acceptance of your order.

TROIA EMOTIONS works with CTTexpresso (Correios de Portugal).

Conditions and Transport Packaging

TROIA EMOTIONS have its own packaging for transport of goods, developed with the specific purpose of effectively protect their content.

Returns

Orders must be examined by the customer at the time of receipt. If detected any irregularity in order or problems with the product(s), the customer must return the item(s) to the carrier, explain the reason for the return on the delivery note and inform the TROIA EMOTIONS, who undertakes to resolve as quickly as possible what happened.

After delivery, to initiate the return process the customer must send an email (via website) to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Acquired), and in response informed of all the steps that will follow for the return of the product and refund the money paid however, less return shipping charges, within 30 days. For a return is accepted the returned item must be in proper conditions of use (including the labels and back labels) and the return must include the original packaging that accompanied the product.

The TROIA EMOTIONS recognizes its customers the right to withdraw from contracts with her celebrate, allowing them to return within 14 days of such products purchased pursuant to Portuguese Law No. 143/2001 No. 82/2008.
